What are Headaches?

These headaches will often be accompanied by other symptoms or pain that makes the underlying issue easier to diagnose.

Stress is another major cause of headaches that can stimulate blood vessels to become engorged and increase muscular tension. Long-term stress can translate to long lasting headaches alongside a variety of other symptoms.
