Abdullah is originally from Pakistan and completed his Bachelor in Physiotherapy there, before moving to the UK to complete a Master's in Contemporary Physiotherapy Practice at the University of Lincoln.
With a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, Abdullah brings both evidence-based knowledge and hands-on clinical experience to his physiotherapy practice. His undergraduate and postgraduate research focused on knee conditions, and he has developed a special interest in managing complex knee issues and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS).
Abdullah has a well-rounded and effective approach to managing lower back (lumbar spine) pain, combining movement-based therapy, manual techniques, and patient education to address both acute and persistent symptoms. His care focuses not just on relieving pain but also on restoring long-term function and preventing recurrence.
He enjoys working with people from all walks of life, particularly those motivated by performance goals, injury recovery, or long-term mobility. He believes in a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to health and recovery.
Outside of work, Abdullah enjoys spending his free time at the gym or going for long-distance runs.
