A Registered Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer from Glasgow, Scotland. I moved to New Zealand with my family in 2006 and have loved being here ever since. I have a Caregiving and Fitness background with experience in Complex Care. I have a strong desire to help others live, move and work optimally. I am a graduate of AUT & the College of Natural Health and Homeopathy.  

My own fitness journey paired with the demands of working as a healthcare professional lead me to undertake in 2016 AUT’s Certificate in Personal Training and in 2023 the New Zealand Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage. I specialize in relaxation massage, deep tissue, sports, pregnancy and palliative care massage.  

Outside of work I enjoy weight training, swimming, music and spending time with my family.  

I understand the complexities of modern life hence I am passionate about helping people find relief from pain and stress. I am dedicated to tailoring a personalized treatment plan for your goals and needs whilst cultivating a safe and comfortable space.
