Nidhi has a Masters Degree in Neur-physiotherapy and as of 2026 she has spent 9 years in practice.
She has worked across a broad range of areas, including musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, with a particular interest in managing back and knee conditions.
Her on-field experience at sporting events has strengthened her skills in acute injury assessment and management.

Nidhi is passionate about supporting clients in returning to function through personalized, evidence-based care.

Outside of work, she enjoy dancing and exploring New Zealand.
