Simone Rew
Your Local Howick Senior Physiotherapist
Simone graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from AUT in 2009 and
has since been working in musculoskeletal practice. She takes a holistic
approach to health and wellbeing, considering the whole person and their unique story.
Simone has experience working with a range of school and
club sports teams, and she brings a well-rounded perspective to injury
prevention and recovery. She has completed additional training in dry needling,
myofascial release, pelvic physiotherapy, and the Bradcliff Breathing Method.
Simone supports individuals to build body awareness and take
an active role in their own wellbeing. Outside the clinic, spending time with her whānau and friends, reading, and relaxing at the beach is what she enjoys the most.
